Keep in mind the following comments:
Mass Boston Transit Authority (MBTA) (Otherwise known as the “T”) Marriott Boston Cambridge Starting from Airport Station take the Silver Line to South Station (Red Line), via the Boston Trade Center and Courthouse. From South Station (Red Line) head inbound getting off at Kendell/MIT. Just as you go up the escalator the Boston Cambridge Marriott will be infront of you. The commute from Airport Station to Kendell/MIT will be approximately 40 minutes. Hostel International Boston Starting at airport station take the Blue Line Inbound: Bowdoin To Government Center Station then after arriving at Government Center Station take the "D" Green Line: Riverside To Hynes Station view. IMPORTANT: If in town for 1 day or more: Buy 1 ($9) or 7-Day ($15) "Day LinkPass" is ideal for Boston visitors; it's valid for unlimited use during your stay for Subway, Local Bus, Commuter Rail Zone 1A and Inner Harbor Ferry travel. Otherwise you will be paying $2.00 per trip - which can become very expensive. You will be using the train frequently.
Driving Directions: Marriott Boston Cambridge from the Boston Logan Airport: Follow signs at the airport to the Sumner Tunnel. Pay the toll and take the Sumner Tunnel to Interstate 93 North. You will see a sign for Interstate 93 North at the end of the tunnel. Take 93 North to Exit 26 and follow the signs to Storrow Drive. Get onto Storrow Drive for approximately a quarter mile. There will be a LEFT exit for Government Center/Kendall Square. Take that exit and at the bottom of the exit take a right. This will put you on the Longfellow Bridge. Go over the Longfellow Bridge which will turn into Broadway. After the first set of lights, the hotel will be on the left Marriott Boston Cambridge from Providence, Rhode Island Take I-95 North to I-93 North to Exit 26. Follow the signs to Storrow Drive. Get onto Storrow Drive for about 1/4 mile. There will be a LEFT exit for Government Center/Kendall Square. Take that exit, and at the bottom of the exit, take a right onto Longfellow Bridge, which will become Broadway once over the Charles River. The hotel is about 1/2 mile on the left.
